Indoor Hockey Training
Skate Treadmill
The hockey treadmill is designed to increase and maintain speed, correct skating mechanics, improve movements, stride length, and stride frequency. By developing skating efficiency, power and speed are increased resulting in superior on-ice performance. With the high cost and limited availability of ice time, this is an affordable and superior alternative for an athlete to improve their skating ability.
Synthetic Ice
The synthetic ice is designed to simulate and create the same feel and skating ability of real ice. Athletes will be able to improve hockey specific skills such as; shooting, passing, receiving, and puck handling skills as if they were on the actual ice rink.
Hockey Strength Training
Our hockey strength and conditioning program is customized to each participant’s needs, which is to develop total body synergy for the variable and unpredictable exercise demands of hockey. We accomplish this by focusing on training the secondary fitness characteristics that make players more skillful an durable; anaerobic energetic, dynamic balance, speed, agility, multi-joint strength and power, and rotational l core. Athletes are also educated on the pre and post workout nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
