Open Group Training
Open group training is a fun way to stay motivated while enjoying the benefits of physical activity. Group training provides a social atmosphere where individuals can interact and motivate each other to achieve their goals quicker. People find group training to be energizing and less routine than going it alone. Most of all, group training adds accountability to your work out as you become part of something more.
We work hard to ensure that our sessions are creative, energetic and fun. We use circuit training formats that will help improve your balance, flexibility, cardio and strength. Every session is unique and highly effective. Best of all, it reduces the cost of personal training and still delivers a great workout.
