Pilates Training Courses
Pilates One-On-One Private Session
Pilates private sessions are focused on your individual needs. A postural assessment is done, where we address any injuries, chronic concerns, and identify your specific goals for the session or sessions. These sessions can be done on the mat, spiral vertical pole or equipment or a combination of all.
One on one sessions with one of our professional instructors will optimize your ability to reach and exceed your goals. Every session is uniquely dedicated to your specific goals and ability level.
Pilates Duet Session
Semi-private class with a friend on the Pilates equipment.
Trio Session
A group of three people at the same time.
Private Group
A group of four or more people, on a specific day, at a specific time. To reduce the cost of individual training, but still receive the benefits of a unique training session with your group's specific needs in mind, we offer private group training. You choose the people you work with, you choose the time you want to work out, and we craft the workout sessions specifically towards your groups collective goals.
Open Group
Open to anyone. Every session is unique, efficient and highly effective. It reduces the cost of training, but still gives you a beneficial workout from a certified instructor. Show up to any of our open group times without having to schedule an appointment.
Equipment Classes
Learn to utilize the Pilates equipment to give you a full-body workout. A great way to become familiar with Pilates and reshape your body. This can include the reformer, trapeze table/cadillac, wall units, barrels, V/2 Max reformer or chair.
