personal training - jeff baker

Jeff is a Performance Specialist and the head speed agility trainer at be.  Jeff has worked with many area athletes as he puts an emphasis on sports performance training and results.

Jeff was born in St.Petersburg, Florida and went to college at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire where he received a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Management. He played football and ran track at Eau Claire and is currently a firefighter/emt for Dousman volunteer fire department.

Jeff enjoys playing rugby and basketball and is certified by the Nationally Academy of Sports Medicine as a performance enhancement specialist and post rehab specialist.
