Yoga Overview

Yoga is an exercise art form that has been performed for centuries. Incorporating a Yoga regime into your life can help you achieve a strong mind body connection through postures, breathing and meditation. Although spiritual Yoga is not a religion, it is a way to bring your physical and mental concentration together to achieve inner peace, relaxation, and increased physical fitness.



Yoga Classes

Our Yoga classes are designed to be fun, beneficial, and interesting for everybody. So whether you're a Yoga master, or just interested in trying it out be fitness is the place to do it. All of our instructors have a minimum of 200 hours of teaching, training and providing hands on experience.

We offer a wide variety of group, and private one on one yoga classes to choose from:

  • Vinyasa Flow
  • Dhanda
  • Longi
  • Power Yoga


More Information
Shoes are never worn inside of the Yoga studio please leave them outside the door. We are happy to provide mats, blocks, straps and towels we just ask that you wipe down your mat at the end of class. Please arrive on time for class and if you need to leave early let the instructor know before hand.

If you are new to yoga it's very important to inform the teacher before class begins of any special health conditions or injuries you may have. Remember that yoga is not a competitive endeavor. If a posture or movement feels inappropriate for your body, then modify the pose or ask the instructor for assistance.
