Danielle joined be FITNESS after receiving her bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science from Benedictine University in 2018. While at BenU, she played collegiate soccer for four years, earning Freshman All-Conference and earning Conference Player of the Week, as well as Offensive MVP awards, leading the team in goals and assists, during her senior year.
Danielle has a strong passion for Olympic weightlifting, sports performance and CrossFit, and she trains in both CrossFit and Olympic lifting on a regular basis. She comes to our be Team with the goal of helping improve others’ fitness through a variety of exercises from different disciplines – both traditional and non-traditional – as well as focusing on sports performance and motivational and coaching techniques.
Danielle has her CrossFit Level 1 certification as well as her USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coaching certification.
