Dawn started her professional fitness journey over eight years ago after having a session with a personal trainer. This sparked her interest and helped ignite a newfound passion for fitness and helping others. Holding certifications from various national organizations, such as TRX, NASM, FitBody Bootcamp and the Functional Aging Institute, Dawn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of various modalities to her clients.
Specializing in aging populations and functional movements, Dawn helps her clients improve their strengths as well as their weaknesses to improve their daily quality of life. When not working with clients or working out herself, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Dawn is a Waukesha native and joined the be FITNESS team in the summer of 2018.
