GROUP EX INSTRUCTOR

Katie Viethdecided to try Yoga in 2008 to add variety in her workout routine. Thinking it would be a good physical challenge, she soon discovered it was much, much more. For her, Yoga has brought about a deeper, resilient strength which she hopes to help cultivate in others.  Katie is drawn to teaching a strong vinyasa flow practice that leaves students empowered, refreshed, and balanced. Through breath, body awareness, and a little sweat she hopes her students find themselves more flexible and fearless not only on their mats, but in all aspects of their lives. When not on her mat, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, three boys, and her two giant dogs. She is an avid runner, mountain biker, cross-country skier, and is passionate about music, good food, and the outdoors.

GROUP EX INSTRUCTOR

Jim has been teaching yoga full-time since 2015. Prior to teaching, he owned and operated a music distribution company for 14 years. His classes are fun, challenging and traditionally untraditional. Outside of the studio, Jim enjoys time with his son and dog, collecting vinyl records, and turning the volume up to 11.

Monday thru Thursday: 5am - 9pm

Friday : 5am - 7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 6am - 7pm
