Kara has been a personal trainer for six years, but has been in love with health and fitness for much longer. She has competed in marathons, half-marathons and trail races and has also competed on-stage in a fitness competition. Most recently, she began CrossFit training with hopes to start competing soon.
Besides training people one-on-one, Kara has also taught various group exercise classes, coached a running group and has a health and nutrition coaching certification.
Kara has worked with training clients of all ages, each with a different goal, and while she will tailor her training style to fit those goals, she will always expect 100% effort!
