What inspires you? I love connecting with others through fitness and wellness! Community, camaraderie, and teamwork keep me going which is why I LOVE small group training and workouts. I enjoy hearing about peoples' goals and finding a way to help where I can!
Karen started teaching fitness classes at 18 years old for her local high school, developing a passion for group-ex where she taught nearly every format of fitness class at UW-La Crosse and Viterbo University. After receiving her degree in Community Health Education, she had the opportunity to work in Corporate Wellness, and later as a Physical Therapy assistant while personal training. Now Karen enjoys coaching small groups, incorporating dynamic movements, mixing cardio, strength, core and flexibility movements. Variety is the name of the game, and she does her best to keep things light and fun so the time flies by!
