What inspires you? I love a good challenge! Whether it is trying something new, like paddle boarding, or hitting a new personal best on a lift, I like pushing myself to see what I can accomplish. I’m inspired when this translates through to clients and they step outside their comfort zone and accomplish new goals.


Kristin is a lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast. After spending 12 years in corporate finance she decided to follow her true passion, fitness and nutrition. Kristin’s priority is learning what motivates her clients and encouraging them to be ambitious with their goals.
