GROUP EX INSTRUCTOR
My name is Natalie and I teach BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT. I’ve been teaching for over three years, and I first fell in love with group fitness as a gym member taking Les Mills classes. From there, I knew I wanted to help others become passionate about their fitness; I wanted to help people feel strong, energized and good about themselves. I aspire to motivate and make positive changes in people's lives just as much as they do mine.
