Nutrition can be a complicated and intimidating topic to tackle. Don’t worry, we will take the guesswork out of many of key concepts, such as meal prep, hydration needs, on the go snacks, and quality protein sources to name a few. Each of our coaching sessions will be customized to help you achieve your specific goals!

Why nutrition? Nutrition is a complicated, ever evolving topic.  It can be extremely overwhelming to weed through all the information out there and know what is worthwhile and what is not.  It seems like every few months there is a hot new diet to follow that promises abs in 30 days.  Unfortunately, those extreme diets are not realistic to maintain long-term.  But, what if you could improve your health, reduce your stress, and sleep better, all while eating wholesome, nutritious foods?  I truly believe you can achieve all of these and have a normal social life while fueling your body for success.

 

I have been where you are.  I’ll be honest, as much as it pains me to admit, I’ve tried several of the fad diets over the years.  I was so frustrated with the diet rollercoaster that it motivated me to further my education and get a nutrition certification.  It was through this education that everything finally clicked.  I learned that life is not about eating perfect all time; it is not about weighing and measuring every meal, and eliminating certain foods.  Rather, it is about creating small manageable habits that you can consistently do.  If you are interested in learning how incorporating small strategic practices into your daily routines can have a lasting impact on your health and wellness please reach out.  I would love to work together to help you achieve your goals!
