Pilates Equipment 101
be FITNESS offers its members equipment introduction classes to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and a basic exposure to Pilates equipment.  The Pilates REFORMER is the main piece of equipment used throughout the class and provides members the chance to expand, customize, and increase intensity.

Custom Private Groups, Duet, and Privates

Private groups consist of no more than four people, Duets are for two people, and Privates are one-on-one instruction. These sessions are scheduled with the people participating and the desired instructor.

Mat/Tower Pilates Combo Class

Mat/Tower Pilates Class incorporates the classical Pilates method and contemporary methodologies. The enviroment allows for hands-on adjustments in an accepting enviroment, so you can become acquainted with the Pilates equipment. This class is geared to make you feel empowered and strong. Utilizing additional springs, bars, and other accessories will complement your practice and assist in you engagement and understanding, as compared to a traditional mat practice. You'll walk away feeling connected to your mind, body and breath.
