My name is Sam Rohr. I was born and raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin . Sports and competition have always been a part of my life. No matter the sport, I loved to play. The sports at which I excelled were football, hockey and baseball. I loved playing multiple sports but my passion has always been football. Football is where I learned the true meaning of discipline, consistency, and commitment. These values are a part of my DNA. After earning All-State honors in high school, I went on to play football at the Division IAA level at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) where I earned All-American status as a Freshman. Football was the ultimate competitive field and I played with the likes of DeAngelo Hall, Xavier Williams and David Johnson to name a few of my NFL friends.
My degree is in Movement and Exercise Science and Sports Psychology. I also minored in coaching and spent two years after graduation coaching college football in Ohio. Through my sports life, I learned that to be the best version of myself I had to train and be dedicated to personal improvement. At UNI, I developed a passion for training people (athletes & amateurs) to become the best versions of themselves. I hope to have an opportunity to train with you to achieve your goals and help you become the best you there can be.
