be FITNESS is one of the only fitness facilities in Southeastern Wisconsin offering a fully integrated approach to health & wellness. Members have access to a variety of programs, including pilates, karate, massage therapy, and childcare services. Our team of certified and degreed fitness specialists and health educators can help develop personalized fitness and wellness programs, and we offer over 75 classes weekly.

PILATES

Pilates is all about the core. And we value our core.

 

​Pilates is a disciplinary method of exercise that incorporates proper technique, body alignment, breath control, mind- body connections, spinal movement, and muscle loading. Pilates is for every body. Whether you are looking for preventative maintenance or trying to gain back strength and flexibility. 

 

During each Pilates session you will focus on proper breathing, pelvic and rib cage placement, scapular movement and stabilization. All while loading the muscles with weight and resistance.

 

At be FITNESS we offer small group class, 30-minute private sessions, duets, and 55-minute private sessions.

KARATE

Karate at be FITNESS is more than just kicks and punches – it's a transformative body-mind experience. Develop explosive power, increase muscle control, and sharpen your mental focus while cultivating deep body intelligence. Our program trains kinesthetic skills, spatial awareness, and the crucial ability to synchronize thought and action for optimal performance in all aspects of life. Discover strength in stillness and resilience in motion as you learn effective self-defense techniques, including situational awareness and how to neutralize potential threats.

Led by Sensei Marren, who also has extensive experience teaching self-defense, including women's programs at venues like Mount Mary University, our Karate program fosters both physical prowess and character development. Take your cross-training to a whole new level and experience the unique benefits of Karate at be FITNESS.

Massage

MASSAGE THERAPY

R-E-L-A-X, rest and recover with a massage from one of our certified massage therapists. be FITNESS offers many types of massages to suit your every need–from healing an old sports injury to taking an hour to decompress. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

CHILDCARE

We’ll keep your tiny humans safe while you get in a workout. When you use our facility, kids ages four months to 8 years can play and partake in supervised activities that promote positive health and safety practices.

 

PLAY CLUB HOURS:

Monday thru Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Saturday 7:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
